Hi, I'm Amanda. Reston local, cat mom of three, and the founder of Happy Cats Concierge. I started this business because I know exactly how hard it is to leave your cats behind and I wanted to be the reason you can travel guilt and worry-free.
I've been caring for cats for 16 years, including my own three who range from 7 to 16 years old. Over time I've developed a particular soft spot for the cats some may find challenging: the anxious ones, the seniors, and the ones with a reputation for being a little difficult. Those cats are honestly my favorites. There's something really rewarding about earning the trust of a cat who wasn't sure about you at first.

What every visit looks like:
When I arrive I locate all your cats and send you a confirmation photo so you know immediately that everyone is safe and accounted for. I follow your care instructions for feeding, water, and litter without exception. Medications are administered carefully, I have experience with oral, topical, and subcutaneous medications. I spend the remainder of the visit with your cats at whatever level of interaction they're comfortable with, whether that's active play or quiet company from across the room.
You'll always know how the visit went with a detailed follow up summary report of activities, observations, and lots of great photos of your cats!
