Cancellation Policy

Changes & cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours in advance of the impacted service date and will receive a full refund.

Changes & cancellations made within 12 hours of the impacted service date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total charges.

Billing Policy

50% of the total charges are due at the time of booking. The remainder is due at the completion of services. All payments will be made through the Acuity Scheduling system.

Emergency Policy

If a pet experiences an emergency while in our care, we will transport it to the veterinarian indicated on their profile (or to the closest available if one is not indicated). The cat parent or emergency contact will be notified immediately and we will follow all instructions provided. The cat parent will be responsible for all costs and/or reimbursements.
