FAQ

Questions cat parents ask

Something we didn't cover? Ask us at your meet & greet.

How long should each visit be?

Most easygoing cats are happy with a 30 minute visit. If your cat loves company, needs medication, or has a longer routine, a 60 minute visit gives us the time. We'll talk it through at your meet & greet.

How many visits a day do you recommend?

It depends on your cat. Many families choose two visits a day so meals, litter care, and company stay on a familiar rhythm. We offer one, two, or three visits daily between 6am and 8pm.

Will it be the same person each time?

Yes. Every visit is with the same sitter, so your cat gets to know a familiar face.

What will I hear after each visit?

A detailed summary and photos, sent at the end of every visit, so you know how your cat is doing.

Can you give my cat medication?

Yes. Medication is administered when your cat needs it. Bring it up at your meet & greet and we'll go over exactly what your cat requires. If your cat only needs medication, a $20 medication check-in covers it.

What if my cat is shy or hides?

That's very common. We let your cat set the pace, stay calm and quiet, and let you know in your summary how they're doing, even if all we saw was a tail.

We would love to meet your cats!

Your meet & greet is complimentary. We’ll learn your cats’ routine, and you can ask us anything.
