Questions cat parents ask
Something we didn't cover? Ask us at your meet & greet.
Which is better, boarding or in-home care?
In-home care keeps your cat's space and routine completely intact, which suits cats who get stressed by change. Private boarding suits cats who enjoy company and adapt easily. We'll help you choose at your meet & greet.
What hours does in-home overnight care cover?
Twelve hours each night, including morning and evening meals. We'll set the exact hours around your cat's routine.
How often will I get updates?
At least twice a day. You'll get detailed summaries and photos so you can see how your cat is doing.
What should I send with my cat for boarding?
Your cat's food, any medication, and a familiar blanket or bed are a good start. We'll go over everything at your meet & greet.
Can you care for cats who need medication?
Yes. Medication is administered when your cat needs it, for both boarding and in-home stays.
Do I need a meet & greet first?
We recommend one before your first stay, and it's complimentary. It's how we learn your cat's routine and how you get to know us.
